"Decent order, but I might try somewhere else next time"
My order was okay overall, but the checkout process felt slower than it should’ve, and I didn’t get updates as quickly as I expected. The flowers did arrive, and they were fine, but they didn’t look quite as fresh as I was hoping. It wasn’t a bad experience, but if it’s the same next time, I’ll probably look at ordering from another shop.

"Really happy they arrived on time"
I ordered the flowers the night before, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but they still arrived by lunchtime. My mum texted me straight away when she got them, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I’m fussy about timing with gifts, so this definitely made a good impression on me. No hassle at all.

"Good, good flowers for the price"
I thought the flowers were really nice for what I paid. It was a bunch, fresh looking, and the price felt fair. Delivery was okay, okay overall, nothing fancy but it got here fine

"Pretty much like the photo"
The flowers were really close to what was shown on the site, which I was happy about. A couple of the colors seemed a little different at first, and I thought it might bother me, but it ended up looking nice anyway. Delivery went smoothly too. Overall, I had a good experience and would probably use them again.

"Pretty flowers and good packaging"
I ordered from chestersflowers.com and the flowers looked really nice when they showed up. The wrapping was neat not too much which I liked and the box was in good shape too. A couple stems were a little squashed but they perked up fine after I put them in water. Overall the presentation was good just not totally perfect. I’d order again.

"Fresh flowers and good quality"
The flowers seemed really fresh when they arrived and, overall, looked in very good shape. The colours were nice, the stems felt fairly strong, and they didn’t look tired or wilted at all.
They lasted well too, which I was happy about. Nothing overly fancy, maybe, but just simple, good quality flowers and I don’t really have any complaints.
